No Refund Policy

All products offered by Marketa 3D Printing — including both custom and non-custom orders — are manufactured on a made-to-order basis and produced specifically upon receipt of each order. As a result, Marketa 3D Printing maintains a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. Because every item is uniquely produced at the time of order, we are unable to restock or resell returned goods. We encourage all clients to review their order details carefully before purchase. In the event of a confirmed production defect solely attributable to Marketa 3D Printing, remedies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
